Project Challenges Overcome

To meet the client’s operational needs for early occupation we work closely with the contractors and Architects to expedite the development of the electrical drawings. As the project involved two Architects, we coordinated documents with both design teams to ensure design met the Owner project requirements, life safety and electrical codes.

As the existing electrical distribution had ‘evolved’ as a result of multiple remodels, we undertook a detailed survey to ensure the design met the install condition.

As the project survey was undertaken with COVID-19 safety protocols in place, we used the HoloBuilder 360 photo capture platform to capture and share detailed site survey information. This avoided repeat site visits.
