The electrical upgrade project for the Boardwalk Shopping Center, co-located in Belvedere and Tiburon, CA involved modifying and replacing aging utility service infrastructure. The project focused on replacing failing or obsolete switchgear, managing temporary site power solutions, and mapping out a phased expansion to accommodate future residential developments. Project involved extensive liaison with electrical utility (PG&E.)
