Recreational Clubhouse Remodel and Addition

The Sleepy Hollow Clubhouse project in San Anselmo involves the comprehensive remodel community clubhouse and a storage addition to the pool equipment building. The electrical scope centered on consolidating the site's utility connections into a single, high-efficiency Main Distribution Panel, leveraging the newer existing sub-panels to optimize the building's current 400A service without requiring a PG&E utility upgrade. The design completely modernizes the infrastructure by replacing end-of-life wiring and implementing Title-24 compliant, high-efficiency LED lighting integrated with advanced occupancy controls. The plan introduced a new 50kW standby generator to support HVAC starting loads and prepares the facility for a comprehensive design-build fire alarm system upgrade featuring code-compliant low-frequency notification devices.
