Commercial Renovation and Interior Build-Out
Marmot HQ Renovation project included an interior tenant build-out of their Rohnert Park, CA second-floor space. The scope covered demolition and improvement of 9,200 square feet within the existing space, which remained classified under a business occupancy type (B-Business) with accessory occupancies for assembly and storage. The project scope involved electrical service upgrades, lighting design, and adherence California Building and Energy Codes.
